All photos and videos created by Travel Troopers' content creators are the exclusive property of Travel Troopers and may only be used by Travel Troopers Experiences for advertising purposes. No digital content may be used for advertising or commercial purposes without explicit permission from Travel Troopers.

The trip must be fully paid for before it begins. Pending payments may lead to the cancellation of the trip.

IDs will be verified before boarding. Boarding will not be permitted without a valid government-issued ID.

Bookings are non-transferable. Only the names provided at the time of booking confirmation are allowed to travel.

For international travel, passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of intended travel and must be undamaged. Travel Troopers is not responsible for issues arising from invalid passports. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport meets the validity requirement. Any costs related to denied entry and alternative arrangements must be covered by the traveler.

No refunds will be issued for any inclusions not availed by the client.

Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Travel Troopers' management is not liable for any damage or loss of items during the tour.

The departure time is fixed. Travelers must update their status with the trip coordinator(s) and arrive at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Missing the bus will not be eligible for refunds. Two reminders will be sent before the scheduled departure.

Air conditioning will be turned off in the hills. The driver may also turn off the AC at their discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers on uneven and potentially hazardous routes.

The fixed departure time must be adhered to. Travelers must keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Those missing the bus will not be eligible for refunds. Two calls will be made before the scheduled departure.

Travel Troopers is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or any other unforeseen incidents.

Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the tour due to health and safety concerns. Our tours involve physically demanding activities, such as trekking and camping at high altitudes, so participants should be in good physical condition.

Travel Troopers organizes adventure trips to the mountains, which carry inherent risks, including accidents, injury, financial repercussions, and more. Travel Troopers, its agents, and affiliated entities are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, deaths, or losses of baggage or property, or for any claims arising from negligence or delays not directly under its control.

Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. We aim to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience. Travel Troopers reserves the right to take appropriate action, including verbal warnings, mediation with the trip captain, or removal from the tour at the traveler’s expense.

In the event of injury or illness during the tour, external evacuation or transport services may be necessary to ensure the participant’s health. Any additional costs for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant or their family.

No insurance is provided for sickness, accidents, theft, or other losses.

The itinerary may be altered due to weather conditions, road conditions, or participants’ physical ability. Necessary changes will be made in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
